Think-Nature Platform - Terms of Use

This document outlines the Terms of Use of the "Think-Nature platform" that can be accessed at http://platform.think-nature.eu/. By using the platform, the user agrees with these terms which  constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the Think-Nature platform. The user can accept these Terms of Use by clicking the "Create new account” button when registering in the platform or by accessing it.
By using the Think-Nature platform you agree not to:

• Violate any laws, copyrights etc.
• Post inappropriate material  or false or misleading information
• Distribute spam, chain letters,  viruses etc that may harm or disrupt the use of the Think-Nature platform
• Impose or contribute to imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of Think-Nature platform
• Copy, modify, or distribute other user's content without their consent
• Use automated means to harvest Think-Nature platform content, including email addresses, without written consent

The user is responsible for the information (content) he/she contributes to the Think-Nature platform (the content should be accurate, not to include misleading information and complies with these Terms of Use) and any consequences that may result from contributing information. The user should report to us immediately and problems with the functioning of the platform, inappropriate content and breaching of these policy terms.
We reserve the right to delete inappropriate content that breaches these terms. We also reserve the right to restrict a user's usage of the Think-Nature platform or refuse a user's registration.

Third Party Content

The Think-Nature platform may display content from third parties (other websites, data repositories and platforms).  This material will always be properly cited.

Fees

The use of the Think-Nature platform is free of charge.

Content

The content of the Think-Nature platform is provided by its users. All users agree not to copy, distribute or modify content from the Think-Nature platform without the written consent of the owner(s).

Infringement

The user should not post content that infringes the rights of third parties including copyright and trademark. Users can report such content and request to be removed.

Liability

The Think-Nature platform does not have any obligation to monitor the content and the interaction between users on the website nor guarantee the accuracy quality, safety, or legality of the user's content and does not accept any liability for such content.

We do not accept liability for posting of unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent content which would violate any applicable law. The user agrees not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.

The Think-Nature platform reserves the right to amend and update these Terms of Use at any time and you will be notified for the action.  You will retain the option of accepting or rejecting the new Terms.
